Je refais ma commande avec eux et arrivée à la caisse on me dit que je dois payer, alors que j'ai déjà payé en ligne. Les employés présentes n'avais aucune idée de ce qu'il faut faire dans un cas comme le mien. Tout ce qu'ils ont trouvé à me dire c'est : On ne sais pas madame. De plus, il n'y avait presque plus rien en stock. Aliments, pailles, etc. Ils ne prennent même pas le temps d'aller vérifier dans le backstore. Une jeune fille a vécu la même situation un peu avant. Nous n'avons pas été remboursés pour notre commande en ligne. Très décevant, mais surtout fâchant. 🤬
