I dont know where to start , I visited Subway outlet to try their new Piri Piri sandwich, and unfortunately, the experience was subpar from start to finish. Upon ordering the sandwich, I was disappointed to find that the Piri Piri sauce, which is the highlight of the sandwich, was not included. I brought this to the attention of the staff, expecting a prompt resolution. However, the response I received was far from satisfactory. Instead of apologizing and offering to correct the mistake, the staff became defensive and provided excuses. To make matters worse, I was subjected to racist remarks, which was completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of my background. The staff's attitude was arrogant, and they seemed uninterested in resolving my complaint. I left the outlet feeling frustrated and disappointed, not just with the product but with the way I was treated. I hope that Subway takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to improve their customer service and ensure that their staff is trained to handle complaints in a professional manner. Note that this review reflects my experience at this particular outlet and may not be representative of other Subway locations. But to mention they didnt have name tags that A quebec law breaching the law providing worst customer service! The manager was available but bailed out saying i finsihed my shift ! Nobody wanted to solve the problem ! Not to forget i even tipped !
