  I placed an online order at 2:51 AM and arrived at the restaurant at 3:47 AM to pick it up. Upon arrival, I observed the employee seated inside, and only after approaching the window did I see my chicken wings being placed in the fryer. I would like to understand how it is acceptable for an order of 10 chicken wings to take over 1 hour and 30 minutes to be prepared. This level of delay is concerning and does not meet reasonable service expectations. I would appreciate an explanation regarding this situation.

  Avis très décevant pour le PFK du boulevard Taschereau. Service complètement désorganisé. On nous annonce un délai de 30 minutes pour récupérer notre commande. On arrive après 40 minutes… et on doit encore attendre 24 minutes de plus. Tout ça au service au volant, puisque la salle à manger était fermée (à 12h30, en plein dîner…). À noter : la commande avait été passée par téléphone 30 minutes à l’avance. Donc aucune excuse pour un tel retard. Côté nourriture, c’est encore pire : - Baril varié au goût franchement désagréable - Poulet popcorn sec - Lanières de poulet avec un goût de congelé - Morceaux de poulet extrêmement gras, imbibés d’huile - Et certains morceaux n’étaient même pas bien cuits Franchement décevant du début à la fin. Mauvaise gestion, attente interminable et qualité en dessous de tout. Je ne recommande pas.

  I ordered from here 1.5 years ago and it was pretty good. The chicken tasted fresh and perhaps there was a change in ownership. Four months ago, I tried it and got really sick from the food. I wasn't sure exactly it was KFC or something else so I gave it another chance 4 months later and again, Stomach issues. Not sure what's going on but I'm not going back there.

  Paid 2$ MORE to have onion rings and not fries to get 4 small rings in a bad the chicken sandwich was all mayo and the oldest bread I have ever had .... sorry KFC but never again And the rude little girl at the counter show not work In public places

  I recently tried the popcorn chicken and chicken tenders at PFK and they were really good! The popcorn chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. The tenders were also very fresh and tender, not dry at all Everything tasted hot and freshly made, and the portions were generous. It’s definitely a great option when you’re craving classic fried chicken comfort food. I’ll definitely be coming back for the popcorn chicken!
