  Awful experience everytime i come here or order from here. It really shouldnt be that difficult to make a GRILLED CHEESE which is offered in the happy meal. Its 2 soft middle buns and cheese. Worlds easiest meal but somehow they constantly get it wrong. The last time i received burger buns with cold cheese. Today i ordered the happy meal (small fries, grilled cheese, toy). Not only did it NOT come in a happy meal box, the fries were missing and the toy too. Just a cold grilled cheese that they didnt even bother to warm up or melt like they are supposed to. This is seriously frustrating as i have to continuously get refunds through uber and they are only offering a partial refund. I cant believe when the order clearly states happy meal with fries that i would get nothing. The cheese isnt even melted. Please properly train your staff on reading orders properly and how to make a grilled cheese. 2 middle buns, cheese, and you warm it for 20 seconds. Really not difficult. This is so frustrating. Who knew the easiest meal to make would be the one they mess up constantly. So disappointing. STOP USING THE BOTTOM BUN OF THE BURGER. Awful awful experience everytime

  Service déplorable, le serveur ne vous regarde même pas. J'ai attendu environ 10 minutes pour avoir une cuillère.

  Le manager (asiatique) super impolie, desacreable et pas galant ma super mal parler vraiment tres mauvaise experience surtout que je souffre dun cancer phase 4( il a commentee mon crane luisant) vraiment choquer

  DISGUSTING!!!!! There was a hair in the burger and when i showed it to her she took it threw it and said it's not there!! 🤮🤮🤮disgusting behaviour and disgusting food.
