  💯 Amazing manager and staff. Best service we’ve ever had at a McDonalds. The team was so friendly, nice and polite, and went the extra mile to serve us.

  Un message en français suivra ci-dessous. This morning, I stopped by McDonald’s for breakfast since I hadn’t had a chance to eat earlier. Typically, McDonald’s is a reliable and convenient option in the mornings. Upon entering, I went to the self-serve touchscreen kiosk to check my McDonald’s app offers and place my order. However, I usually customize my breakfast sandwich, and the kiosk did not allow me to make the modifications I wanted. As a result, I stepped over to the counter to place my order with a staff member directly. I stood there for approximately three and a half minutes without being acknowledged. During that time, a front counter employee was moving between handing out completed orders and managing the drive-thru window. She made direct eye contact with me for several seconds but did not acknowledge me or indicate that someone would be with me shortly. Another employee appeared to be preparing sandwiches, and a third staff member was present in the back, though it was unclear what they were doing. Ultimately, I left without placing an order or receiving any food. The most frustrating part of the experience was not the wait itself, but the complete lack of acknowledgment. A simple “One moment, someone will be with you” would have made a significant difference. If you’re considering stopping here and expect basic customer service or acknowledgment, you may want to consider another location. Rating: 1/10 – Would not recommend. --- Message en français : Ce matin, je me suis arrêté chez McDonald’s pour déjeuner puisque je n’avais pas eu la chance de manger plus tôt. Habituellement, McDonald’s est une option fiable et pratique pour le déjeuner. En entrant, je me suis dirigé vers la borne libre-service pour consulter mes offres de l’application et passer ma commande. Cependant, je personnalise habituellement mon sandwich déjeuner et la borne ne me permettait pas d’apporter les modifications souhaitées. Je me suis donc placé au comptoir afin de commander directement auprès d’un employé. J’y suis resté environ trois minutes et demie sans qu’on m’adresse la parole. Pendant ce temps, une employée circulait entre la remise des commandes déjà prêtes et le service au volant. Elle a établi un contact visuel direct avec moi pendant quelques secondes, sans toutefois me saluer ni m’indiquer qu’on allait me servir sous peu. Un autre employé préparait des sandwichs et une troisième personne se trouvait à l’arrière, sans que je sache précisément ce qu’elle faisait. Finalement, je suis parti sans avoir pu passer ma commande ni recevoir de nourriture. Ce qui est le plus décevant dans cette situation n’est pas le temps d’attente, mais l’absence totale d’accueil ou de reconnaissance. Un simple « Un instant, quelqu’un sera avec vous » aurait fait toute la différence. Si vous prévoyez vous arrêter à cet endroit et vous attendez à un service de base ou à un minimum d’attention, vous pourriez envisager un autre établissement. Note : 1/10 – Je ne recommande pas.
