  Je suis coeliaque. Je l'ai mentionné et répété au moins 3 fois à notre serveuse. Elle a apporté mon assiette avec de la sauce et du pain. 🤦‍♀️ Elle a changé mon assiette et je lui ai mentionné que tout devait être refait dans les bonnes conditions. Elle m'a dit: ben oui! Comme si j'étais la faute de son erreur.

  On October 12th. 2025 I ordered through the drive thru at the 6325 boul Tashereau in Brossard. I ordered special 2 thighs with 2 traditional coleslaws and the whole order was not even worth eating . The fries tasted like an old batch that was just reheated and the coleslaw had a grey colour and a moldly taste . I called the St Hubert to speak to the manager and he gave me a credit on my next order that could only be used on a take out at the counter. On November 3rd 2025, I decided to use my credit. Therefore, I ordered a whole rack of ribs with classic bbq sauce with the fries and the traditional coleslaw. Once again, the whole meal was disgusting. The ribs were full of fat and very greasy. The fries were same as my last order, and the coleslaw same colour and taste. I won’t be spending anymore money at St-Hubert. !!!!!!!

  You know that one restaurant you always pass by and say, “We’ve GOT to try that someday”? Well, today was someday! We finally stopped in to check out their famous rotisserie chicken and BBQ ribs, and let me tell you—it was totally worth the wait! We were seated right away at a nice, clean booth (always a good start). The place is surprisingly spacious—big enough to fit a crowd, but not so noisy that you have to shout over your food. The vibe? Cozy but lively. Now, onto the food adventure! We went classic and ordered the traditional rotisserie chicken, even though the menu was tempting us with all these new trendy flavors (they’re clearly keeping up with the times). Our server was an absolute gem—friendly, quick, and super patient with us non-French speakers. The menu is fully in French, so if you’re like us, keep Google Translate handy or just go with the good ol’ “point and smile” method. 😂 The food came out in about 10–15 minutes, piping hot and smelling heavenly. The coleslaw was a little on the mild side flavor-wise, but everything else? Chef’s kiss. 👌 The poutine was rich, cheesy, and generous in portion (we’re talking comfort food heaven here). The chicken was juicy and flavorful, a solid half portion that hit the spot, and those BBQ ribs? Fall-off-the-bone perfection! Oh, and can we talk about the gravy and dinner rolls? Soft, buttery, and dangerously addictive. We were this close to ordering dessert because their menu looked divine, but we were just too full. Guess that means we’ll have to come back. 😉 ⭐ Final verdict: Fantastic food, warm service, cozy atmosphere — definitely a must-try. Next time, dessert’s happening!
