While I was in the store, the staff member looked at me and then proceeded to offer a free chocolate sample to the customers behind me — but not to me. At the time, I was in a hurry to complete my purchase, so I didn’t react immediately. However, after leaving the store and reflecting on it, I realized how unfair and upsetting this situation felt. What makes this even more disappointing is that I am a Lindt member and have been a loyal customer for years. Every year before Christmas, I purchase Lindt chocolates as gifts. Unfortunately, after this experience, I have decided to cancel my membership and will not be returning to this store. As a customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated equally and with respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures consistent and fair treatment for all customers in the future.
