Adding these items could attract more customers and increase sales, especially in environments where quick, enjoyable refreshments are valued.

  Last week, I visited this Lindt store to buy chocolates and had an experience that made me feel very uncomfortable. While I was in the store, the staff member looked at me and then proceeded to offer a free chocolate sample to the customers behind me — but not to me. At the time, I was in a hurry to complete my purchase, so I didn’t react immediately. However, after leaving the store and reflecting on it, I realized how unfair and upsetting this situation felt. What makes this even more disappointing is that I am a Lindt member and have been a loyal customer for years. Every year before Christmas, I purchase Lindt chocolates as gifts. Unfortunately, after this experience, I have decided to cancel my membership and will not be returning to this store. As a customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated equally and with respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures consistent and fair treatment for all customers in the future.

  Wow! A 10/10 chocolate shop. You can choose chocolates based on your budget — many prices and so many varieties to try. I bought several and loved many of them. The staff even let me taste some chocolates. Perfect for Christmas gifts & BD gifts for family and friends 🎄🍫 --------------------------------------------------------- Wow ! Une chocolaterie 10/10. On peut choisir les chocolats selon son budget, avec beaucoup de prix et de choix. J’en ai acheté plusieurs et j’en ai adoré beaucoup. Le personnel propose aussi des dégustations. Parfait pour offrir à la famille pendant Noël 🎄🍫
