À un point tel que j’ai dû demander à voix haute si quelqu’un travaillait ici tellement c’était long. L’employée était dans l’arrière-boutique sans se presser. Ensuite, elle m’a dit qu’il n’y avait plus de pain fines herbes et fromage… alors qu’il y en avait clairement en avant. Elle m’a aussi affirmé qu’il n’y avait plus de végé pâté, ce qui était faux encore une fois. Je n’ai jamais eu un service aussi mauvais dans un Subway. Manque de professionnalisme, mauvaise communication et impression que le client dérange. Très décevant.
