I order on app 30 mins long and waited in store for pick up, they just started to cook the order! During the same time, walk in customers passed more than 10 orders. Even my order is big, but I mentioned I am in store waiting for that at first time I placed the order! I think they didn’t print my order out and prepared until I asked again! This kind of service should be improved.

Our order was neglected to the point people that came after us were getting food before us. Once we got our food, our sandwich was very disappointing. It consisted of bun, patty and sauce. Nothing else. In short, disappointing experience. Not satisfied and would not recommend.
