- ALAllison L1 day ago1.0We placed an order on Harvey.ca for delivery from this location. The order never arrived. We tried calling them with no success. I drove to their location to pick up the order myself. While they were remaking the order, I asked to get a refund for the delivery fees and tips I paid to the driver. They refused. The employee called the manager, Shahram Arzani. Shahram Arzani attempted to tell me it was not their responsibility once the order was submitted to a uber driver and refused to refund the delivery fees. I explained that even if they use a third party delivery driver, it is their responsibility to ensure that their customer receives their order. He then said he still hadn’t received the money and asked me to call Harvey’s customer service. I said accepted and asked that they give me my order. He proceeded to tell his employees not to give me the order. Completely ridiculous and awful service. Will be placing a complaint to Harvey’s HQ.
