Le superviseur présent a également fait preuve d’un comportement inacceptable. Il se croit imposant et s’exprime d’une façon irrespectueuse et hautaine, ce qui est totalement inadmissible dans un service à la clientèle. En plus de cela, les burgers étaient froids. C’est vraiment décevant, surtout que je fréquentais ce restaurant depuis son ouverture et j’avais toujours reçu un accueil chaleureux et une nourriture excellente.
