La fraîcheur est le mot d’ordre du Restaurant chez Bolduc. Le surgelé n’a pas sa place! Pas étonnant que les frites et la fameuse poutine représentent la marque distinctive du casse-croûte. Ainsi, de 2 à 3 fois par jour, les pommes de terre sont épluchées et coupées à l’ancienne et cuites en deux étapes. Même la viande arrive tout droit du boucher afin de répondre aux palais les plus fins.
