The Manager assaulted me tonight when I was there. Police were called, they will review the footage and arrest him in necessary. He grabbed me and tried to grab my wallet because he didn't believe it was mine. We struggled, I yelled many times get your hands off me, he was forceful enough that my food and drinks went flying. I was not allowed to leave the restaurant until I showed him my ID. I feel completely violated. He's lucky my boyfriend wasn't there. This behaviour is completely inexcusable. I had an unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s location. I requested hot water, but the manager refused to fill my flask and instead handed me hot water in a paper cup. The manager’s behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful.
This is not consistent with the service I receive at other McDonald’s locations. When I raised a concern, the shift manager on duty on 2025.12.30 at approximately 15:40 behaved inappropriately.
I hope this location reviews its customer service standards, especially at the management level.

Went around 1am was the only person in line it took them 20 minutes to serve me like what's gg on he needs time to finish in my sandwich like what are we doing here not only they they gave me the wrong burger ordered a sweet chillie jr got some hamburger with all the works not even a quarter pounder looked like it would've costed me $1.89 ridiculous.

It's so sad for me to see a place that my family considered at staple on the neighborhood to now with such rude servers.
Both my sister in the 80s and daughter in 2014 Era worked there when manners was important.
Today they don't greet you, and if you go through the drive though, the claim they can only speak to you in French In Beaconsfield on the West island then slam the door after they hand over your food. Sad.
I don't go that often, but everytime I do, IT'S A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE unfortunately. SAD
