  Je suis venue à 23 h 50 et j’ai été mal servie. Une employée n’a pas voulu être patiente avec moi et m’a dit qu’elle ne comprenait pas le français, qu’elle parlait seulement anglais. Je comprends, mais votre travail est de prendre en charge les clientes, pas de leur crier dessus. Ce n’est pas difficile. Si vous n’aimez pas votre travail, démissionnez. Franchement, les humains de nos jours sont tous pareils

  À éviter complètement. La commande a été mis au micro-ondes pour la faire réchauffer en raison du temps que ça a pris pour qu on nous la donne. Ils ont fait semblant de refaire la commande. Vraiment des incompétents. On était juste 2 voitures à attendre.

  I don’t want to scare anyone, but this experience genuinely changed the way I feel about eating outside. On December 22nd, my partner and I ate at this location. This was our first and only meal of the day. Within a few hours, we both developed headaches, followed by fever, chills, and severe gastrointestinal symptoms that lasted close to a week. From the moment we arrived, the place did not feel clean or well-managed. The overall hygiene standards appeared questionable, the service took longer than usual, and even small details (such as basic equipment not being properly maintained) raised concerns. This location seems to be run by a rotating group of student employees, and unfortunately, this experience made it very hard for me to trust that proper hygiene standards are consistently enforced here. I cannot state with absolute certainty what caused our illness, but given the timing, the severity of the symptoms, and the fact that this was our only meal, the experience was deeply alarming. This incident left me with lasting anxiety about eating out. Our health is not something to gamble with, and for me, this was a breaking point.

  Too long to get your order, poor service due to lack of staff or over crowded. There is always a mistakes on a large order and can't check your order once received if it's correct because they don't provide receipts at the self check-out also your number doesn't show on the screen "we are preparing" so why is this section Even there confusing people. Then the employee threat you like a dumb, because you question about receipts and why is your number is not showing on either side.

  Le pire McDo! Doit répéter ma commande 4 fois et même là y a une erreur ! L'attente au service à l'auto est vraiment longue et on comprend pourquoi avec toutes les erreurs qu'il y a... bref, des mcdos y en a plein partout alors allez ailleurs !!
