  Just ordered food at late hours 11pm-12:30am(wish is late I get that), I got a filet o fish and it was cold, dry and chewy(I know not many people order this), but this is also not the first time this has happened at nighttime. Proper Food handling requires you to cook food to 165° and serve at a minimum of 140°F(not google lol, I have food handling experience). Anything served under that cannot be guaranteed to be safe from bacteria. I’d rather wait 20 minutes to get something fresh than to get some disgusting block of calories. I’d hope that either they left their food in their holding trays for way too long or their heaters(for food) aren’t working properly. I really hope this issue stems from malfunctioning equipment and not their employers encouraging them to overlook healthcode violations in order to make better times ensuring more sales(which means extra money for the owner but not employees). Long story short… anyone who orders a filet from McDonalds should always ask for it fresh(I should’ve known better myself)

  The guy named Arjun who was taking order needs more training how to deal with people. If he is unhappy with his job he should quit but not make other people uncomfortable. He was laughing at a little kid cuz he got confused about his order.

  It’s been 16 minutes and not a sign of my food. I asked the workers twice to make sure it was being made and they just said “ok”. Ordered at 4:12 and it is currently 4:28 and my food is no where to be found. Never come here and don’t expect a fast food place to be fast.

  This is the worst mcdonalds i’ve ever visited, at night time they take atleast 30 mins for the order, i went there on my break time and almost have my food when the time is over for the break, also i don’t know why but back then they used to give the poutine but now the lady said they don’t make gravy at this time, this is crazy, but yea it is what it is, i don’t have any other option so have to deal with this…

  They don’t read the orders and EVERY time there is something missing from the order. Take 10 seconds to double check before sending something out. If management didn't push “fastest times” so hard and focused on quality, this likely wouldn't be an issue every dang time. Beyond annoying.
