First, the service was extremely slow—it took about 4–5 minutes just to get my order. Second, my sub wasn’t even toasted as I requested. But the most concerning part was when I took my first bite and found a piece of plastic inside the sandwich. This is a serious food safety issue and completely unacceptable. I urge the manager to please keep a closer eye on what your employees are doing. Incidents like this should not happen. I also recommend regular daily quality and hygiene checks to avoid such problems in the future.
