  3rd time in a month that the Stratford location has gotten my sub wrong. It's written right on the ticket, they just now throw them together however they want. They don't listen to you, they interrupt you CONSTANTLY while you are trying to speak. It's went downhill, I tried to keep giving chances but 3rd time is the charm. I won't be back! (Ate there everyday)! Just wanted to add an update!!!! They screwed up my sub again, but had the AUDACITY to ask me to remove my reviews. No, change your ways and pay attention to your customers. The money i have wasted there is sad- I will not be back.

  We don't have many food options in Stratford and subway has always been our go to .... But lately the buns are so hard and crusty... How hard is it to have a fresh made bun at 7 pm for dinner. This is happening more and more and we keep giving it another chance and then disappointed with the crusty bread. Picture of some if the crumbs I did catch. I heard there is a new sub shop opening in town and if they sell fresher bread we may have to support them.

  The customer service is as good as I have ever seen, Ethel & Kizzy call me by name every time I come in, Sheryl is very friendly and is a great addition to the team.
