  I placed the order today. But the packaging wasnt good and 2 food items was missing to my order (chicken nuggets and 1 double cheese burger). Its better you to check all items if its was in the bag before u handed. Missed items and wrong order!

  I bought an order of "large fries" from this McDonalds at the Stratford gas station (!!)today They were my first McDonalds fries in YEARS and they were delicious! Hahaha! $5.50 for large fries now. Service was extremely fast and friendly! Awesome!

  I refuse to go to McDonald's any more as everytime I do, they get my order wrong. I'm sick and tired of it. There are LOTS of other restaurants out there that will be happy to take my money and I know they will get my order correct every. single. time!

  Never Go There one of the worst experience customer service was below 👇 Very disappointing experience at McDonald's Stratford (PEI) I came to pick up a delivery order and the overall service felt very unprofessional. The food was already packed and sitting in the bag, but there was no staff member attending the counter. When I reached to check the bag, an older employee came over with a rude attitude and told me not to touch the bag without asking. The way it was said felt disrespectful and unnecessary. This isn’t the first time the food or service has been poor at this location. I’ve worked in fast food myself as an Assistant Manager at KFC, so I understand how busy restaurants operate. Basic hospitality and professionalism should still be there, especially for customers and delivery drivers who are picking up orders. As both a customer and a delivery driver, this location really needs to improve its service and communication. Stratford customers honestly deserve better.
