  The store was absolutely disgusting. No tables cleaned. The floors were so sticky you were sticking to it walking. Mayo packets exploded and expired. 6 staff when we came in then just one tall guy when we were leaving. Do better BK. If the health inspector came in today youd be shut down.

  I came around 4:00pm on a Saturday, and ordered takeout at the counter. There were a number of cars queued in the drive through, and a few people in the restaurant. I used a coupon and ordered a whopper meal for $11.84 after tax. After ordering, it was clear that the kitchen was extremely backed up, with cars parked outside waiting for their drive through orders. There were only two employees. The cashier went to help prepare food after taking orders. A third employee clocked in at this time, and an elderly couple came in order. Since the employees were really busy, nobody waited on the elderly couple for a good five minutes, and then they left after unsuccessfully communicating that they were waiting to order. The fryer would also give off odors of heavily used oil, which most likely indicated that the frying oil is in need of replacement. The interior looked clean, but there were still some construction materials inside, and some tables in the seating area that were missing surfaces. After a good wait, I received my food. It was prepared very well and was very good, and the fries/onion rings had generous portions given. The employees were also very friendly as well. While the food was excellent, I hope they fix the oil problem, and perhaps have an extra employee on shift if possible during times that may be busy. I would give 3.5 stars, but since I cannot I will round to 4.

  Decided to try the new location and it was great.. food was fresh and made to order .. good customer service

  Tables were missing tops, nothing is organized. But, most importantly don't call it a bacon king burger when there's only a Jester's amount of bacon on it. Nothing actually looks as advertised but, c'mon now. Put enough bacon on it to be called the bacon king or name it something else. Hourly disappointed especially considered the bacon is the reason I even came here to eat a burger.

  I have had the worse delivery experience, every time I order through their app. First time my order was 2 hours late and cold and the second time I didn't recieve the order at all and when I asked for a refund they told me the order was delivered and still haven't replied to my further requests for a refund.
