  This place has gone downhill the last few years, prior to that I used to go here all the time. I have dealt with food that hasn’t been cooked right, wrong orders, and overall staff that don’t seem to care anymore for these reasons I will not go back again.

  I ordered online for my coworker to pick up, they gave him the wrong order. I went in to get my order fixed and the girl at the counter tries to make excuses first rather than just getting me my order. Then I check the food, wrong size of popcorn chicken was given so I go back to the counter and tell her that, they argue that it's not the incorrect size even though I explain the difference based on their own individual and small sizes and point at the screen very clearly showing small popcorn chicken. They say no so I said I want a manager, he comes out, says I'm wrong, fine, I want my money back. They won't give me my money back either. Since when is it my problem that an order to KFC goes to corporate and not direct to the store. Give me my refund and get your money back from corporate later. A small comes in the cup, not the little bag like an individual, if the combo comes with an individual size than it is FALSE ADVERTISING for it to state a SMALL instead of INDIVIDUAL. AGAIN, not my problem. That is KFC's problem for false advertising. I was absolutely reasonable until the manager started arguing with me about the size and then about my refund. This location will NEVER get a red cent of my money again. I will direct everyone I know away from this location.

  The service was terrible, couldn’t understand the lady on the speaker, and wasn’t anymore friendly at the window. The food was even less impressive, my chicken slider was over cooked and dried out and very small and put on the bottom of the bag along with the side of gravy which was cold and lumpy. My husband’s 3 pc. chicken/ fries meal was on top of my slider/ gravy lying on the side with the top of box opened. When we got to eat it there was no forks, knives, spoons, salt, pepper or napkins. His chicken was so greasy that the bottom of the bag was full of grease and his fries so soggy, obviously been cooked at noontime for lunch, but we only got there 1-115pm. The most disgusting thing we have ever eaten….SO VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED
