  Arrived at a peak time, Friday Eve at 6, to a packed house. Put our name on the list for a table, expecting a 20 min wait. Got seated in under 10. Food on the table in about another 20. Hot, fast and friendly. Place seems well run and the staff were great. Big thanks to Jen for such great service!

  Had a great experience at Montana's Ch'town on the weekend. We got the ribs and brisket, good portions and very flavourful. Our server, Cathy was excellent, personalble and attentive. Will defintely be back!

  Twice now that the manager (thin male) tries to gaslight me into believing that my undersized ribs are not undersized. The first time it happened weeks ago he assured me I had 6 ribs on my rack after I pointed out to staff it was missing one. I ate my meal and, surprise surprise, it was missing one. I let it go, but it was upsetting to be cheaped out on my meat portion. During yesterday’s visit, the meat on my ribs were shockingly thin. I pointed it out to my server, who was awesome and told me she’d get me a couple extra ribs to compensate - the same manager seemingly intercepted her in the kitchen to come to my table and argue with me that this was a completely normal thing and refusing to do anything to resolve my concerns. It’s worth noting I visit almost weekly and order the exact same thing every time, so I know what to expect. I also don’t make a fuss over small inconsistencies as I understand not all racks of ribs can be the same - I only brought it up because it was very clearly much smaller than usual. This, plus my previous experience with this manager, makes one thing clear - this manager would rather lose loyal customers than spare a couple of ribs to make up for clearly undersized portions. Awesome staff, and the other manager (an awesome lady) are fantastic, but the male manager that was on duty yesterday night is embarrassing. It’s shocking to see a manager come to a customer’s table to argue when the portions are smaller than they should be. We’ve been here almost weekly, but this has soured the experience because I’d be hesitant to visit with this manager on duty.

  We took my son for his birthday and it was wonderful. Sukh was attentive, prompt and had a great sense of humour. He was great and made an excellent job of singing extra loud for the birthday song!
