  I see another customer give back a box of 4 nuggets, it stays open on their serving counter, I keep watching it since I also ordered 4 nuggets for my kid, they reused it, I tell them I saw, they claim it's not true, after discussing, the supposedly brought a new one, but I opened it after leaving the place and the nuggets are cold and my order was missing the coke.

  Manager was freaking out.....when a customer stated there is 5 ppl in line.....the crew trainer told the customers they had to wait while he chatted with the manager and waited to pack uber eats meals that werent even ready.....instead of taking any orders when I asked to speak with the manager and I asked for his name he freaked out said no told me to leave.....smh pathetic ill be contacting you're franchise owner.....

  Was in there today and ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. I got my coffee , I was told to sit down and Harlem ( or whatever her name is) will bring the food to me. I waited 15 min...nothing...I asked her again...she said they're still preparing them.6 other people got there food before me.i asked for a refund and she was really ignorant. This is a fast food restaurant...it can't be that hard to make two sandwiches....I don't have time for that because I have to work. This is totally unacceptable and I will call cooperate...and by the way...why are there no canadians working anymore? Customer Totally sucks...

  Went in to order....people working were more concerned about their conversation than taking my order.....waited 10 minutes....they did not even acknowledge me so I left....WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
