- BMBen MatteNov 28, 20251.0I ordered 2 separate orders, one a McDouble with just ketchup, and the other a McDouble meal also just ketchup on the burger. On the screen I noticed it said only mustard, so when I got to the window to pay I asked to make sure both were just ketchup and she looks at the screen and reassures me that it is only ketchup on both, but when we got the burgers both burgers had only mustard, meaning the worker completely ignored my concerns.
