I walked up to the cash and the guy mopping the floor looked deflated because they were already performing closing duties. The two guys came from out back with the garbage and said "we are closed". I said "no, you close at 10. I tried calling at 9:45 and there was no answer". He said "we were busy" (I tried calling 4 times) and we close at 10." I said "yes, that means you stop taking orders at 10. I called 15 mins before closing." He said "no, we have to punch out at 10." So, now I sit here at 10:03, the sign is still on and workers still there. If you expect your staff to clock out at 10 then you are not actually open until 10, you are only open until 9:30 and your hours should state that.
