  Grew up coming here, but won't ever be returning. Firstly, I ordered on the app two days ago and the girls working weren't even aware an order came in until I got there and told them, and still had to wait, and they got it wrong in the end. Tonight, I ordered a Burger box at 11pm on the app so it would be ready when I got there 10 or 15 minutes later (the entire point, I thought), it was not busy, just a small group of kids, but I was asked to wait 5 minutes when I walked in, which turned over 10 more, almost 30 minutes for a burger. Once again I got home and my food wasn't even correct, and wasn't even edible due to the insane amount of mayo smeared on it. I understand these small town locations get away with not caring as much but what an unbelieveably low effort location. Two chances, and an absolute waste of time and money both times. I'll drive to Summerside or go without, before I ever go to this location again.

  ✨🍗Very nice stuff as me and my dog most definitely enjoy are supper indeed as the food was hot and the main thing it tasted very tasty as me and my dog do not have anything to complain about as all we see is nothing but five stars all the way for a rating 🍗✨

  I went to KFC today to order the “2 Plant-Based Burgers for $20” deal. The cashier told me she couldn’t apply the deal in-store and said I needed to order online. I explained that the online system doesn’t give the option to select plant-based burgers, and the description clearly says they can be included. I also mentioned that I’ve had the same issue before, but other employees were able to apply the deal without a problem. However, this cashier was rude, unhelpful, and refused to even try. She told me, “I can’t do anything — order online or leave.” I was very disappointed with how I was treated. I hope KFC addresses both the issue with this deal not working properly and the poor customer service I experienced.

  Second time in one week that they are out of buns for snackers after already paying online. Individual popcorn chickens come with 4 pieces of popcorn chicken so nearly a buck per popcorn chicken because they dont fill the little paper pouch anymore they just stuff a few in and call it done. Dont expect to get what you already paid for online in advance. I mean kudos for offering alternatives but really you should just be offering refunds or a voucher for that item in the future whenever theres more of that item. Mark things as unavailable online when they run out so the issue doesnt continue.
