  After waiting over 15 minutes for food. Was offered to have food brought out but then was told to come get it. Unfriendly staff and even while during inspection time gm is clueless to have the front counter person come clean this soda machine. Horrible. How can this store just continue to hire horrible people , and be unfriendly ?

  Was given the wrong order. Come back to get the right order and the sandwich is still not Made correctly. Tons of ketchup, tons of mayonnaise no tomato. customer service at all-time low.

  I showed up at the drive thru and no one answered. Sat there for a couple minutes and after waiting just decided to drive up to the windows to see if I could get anyone to answer. Manager shows up at window and says an excuse and asks me to come inside which I had no problem doing. After coming inside and sitting in there for a while no one ever came to the register and I looked the manager dead in her eyes and she gave me a look and just kept working didnt say a word. Dont go there

  Wow, that was nasty. Slow, dirty, bad attitudes, got the order wrong, no Customer Service skills, not what you would expect from a Wendy’s.

  We waited 20 minutes for our food while the employees were socializing. By the time we got it everything was cold. Stay away from this location. And the dining room was filthy
