  My stars are referring to the Hanover PA location. I find service to be not that great. If you are getting a order to go I suggest you open your bag up before leaving. Things are generally missing. I think it's pretty sad when they are required to put a napkin in your bag, and then when you request it on top of that and it still is not in the bag I think that is very poor service. There are some businesses that charge you for utensils napkins, extra condiments. Not sure if this place does but I can tell you 90% of the time those things are not in your bag. Also had a altercation with the manager one day, I ordered two dozen of bagels which were not even in my bag and the employee sent me out the door knowing they were not in the bag. The manager took the side of the employee which really surprised me but argued with me the customer. I cannot say her name I do not know her name, but what I can say under her Authority the place is not being ran very well as far as employees providing great customer service

  Cashier said my mac n cheese was free but the receipt said 2 dollars off so for a half a cup was 5 instead of 7 not ordering that again but the steak stacker was great
