  So many bad experiences here, go to the east York location for better service! Multiple times I have not received what I ordered, also quality of food is poor when compared to surrounding locations. Not to mention, staff at this location is unkind!

  They will mark your order as ready for pickup to fake their metrics, your order could take up to 10+ mins longer after they said they already finished it, do better.

  I recently went through the drive-thru and had an uncomfortable experience. The teenager with the glasses working the window handed me the sodas first. While I was turning around to grab the food, he pushed the bag into my car instead of waiting to hand it to me properly. I ended up having to grab it after it was already inside my vehicle. It felt rushed and a bit disrespectful. I understand it can be busy, but I’d appreciate a little more courtesy and professionalism.

  Arrived. The ordering machine instructed me to pull forward to the next. I did. I waited 5 minutes and no one collected my order. I pulled around to the pay window and asked to place my order and was instructed to pull back around behind the other waiting cars. I left.

  Stopped by this McDonald’s and had a great experience. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I expected. Staff were friendly, fast, and welcoming, even during a busy time. The restaurant was clean and well organized. Quick service, reliable quality, and a consistently satisfying stop when you’re hungry after a long day of errands.
