  Management please check audio and footage 04/11/2026 7:51 am receipt number 210! I walked in the calmly with respect. Spoke with kindness and respect to counter girl. Gave her my order. Med. Caramel iced macchiato 3 pumps liquid sugar,extra caramel, with whipped cream. Counter girl got my order wrong on the receipt it says no caramel and add extra caramel,doesn't say on receipt to add whip cream but I asked for it and was happy to pay for any extras BTW, I was polite in telling them it's wrong, the girl who took my order tried to fix my drink but she mixed it all up and made it into a iced latte. A macchiato and latte ARE 2 DIFF DRINKS THEY DONT TASTE THE SAME! I politely told her thats not a iced macchiato the employee who says her name is red (not real name) plz look into "red" nickname at the s. George St. York pa Mcdonalds, she got rude and disrespectful with me and says "well she was trying to fix your drink and whip cream ain't free!!!""". This is the most rude and disrespectful McDonald's in York city. That is when I got smart with her back, I gave her the same tone and disrespect that she gave me. We the customers are tired of getting disrespected by these employees daily,we the customers don't have to take it anymore. When they were the ones who messed up my order. I had no problem paying the extras I asked for. When I asked for her name she said "red" I said to her "how you spoke to me was so disrespectful so when we speak back to y'all in that same tone,you should take it like we do from y'all" yes yelling match accured she followed me out the store and threatened me,got in my face,3 employees followed all threatening and yelling at me. Listen to the audio,watch the cameras from all angles. Also I'm not feeling good after drinking my drink as she was making it she took out something put it back in her front shirt pocket,what was that? Did she put something in my drink? Now I agree with I should've kept my mouth quiet after she got soo disrespectful with me first,but know myself and countless others are constantly being disrespected from these employees we don't talk back and take their verbal abuse on the daily. I am that customer that had enough!!! I am putting this out there publicly for my safety in case "red" or the other employees see me on the street and they or her decide to take it a step further like she said she would and put hands on me. Review the audio and footage!!!!

  The crew is rude and very ill mannered! I'm not sure anyone is in charge per se but it's filthy and I can't imagine what is like where they keep the food and cook 😳

  The community has now decided to come together to sign a petition with city hall to shut this location down. We have grown tired of the poor service, orders always come back wrong, the long wait times with drive thru, wait times within the restaurant, the uber eats and door dash wait times, the disrespect from employees, the dirty bathrooms and the list goes on! Enough is enough! It’s time to close this location for good!

  I had ordered on DoorDash a 10 piece nugget with fries and a McDouble for my friend. When I received it I had only 7 nuggets and a McDouble. Completely missing the fry. And when I had received this food it was all cold. The bag was sealed. I had to reorder my fries. As this store says it’s 24 hours they closed it to not receive online order but I had gotten my friend picked up. Once I got my fries I opened the bad and they were upside down,cold , not salted and barely any fries. I had nothing but salt packets with it. I’m not sure if someone or someone’s did not want to be at work but I find this extremely disrespectful. I get it can be annoying receiving orders late but they are open 24 hours. And to get a service like this is absolutely insane. I don’t recommend this store to order from.

  The WORST McDonald's I experienced. The staff were rude to begin with. We are not from this town and visited for a competition. Ever since we walked into the establishment, we were confronted with negative energy. The male, in particular, appeared to be disturbed with every interaction he had with us and the CHILDREN! My daughter ordered nuggets and I requested Sweet & Sour sauce. There was none in the bag, so I had to ask. He cut his eyes & handed them over aggressively. My smoothie was not filled to the top. He made up an excuse saying that it was filled to "the line", but was unable to find a line and recognized that and just brushed it off like it didn't matter. He was rude to the kids. My husband had to interfere. WE do not play about CHILDREN! This situation could have gotten REAL dangerous! I can go on and on about that whole experience, but the staff may run into the wrong crowd if they keep it up.
