Why did you change your Fries? There not Fresh anymore. There like any frozen French Frie that I get at any restaurant. The Fries were always just as good as the Burger.Thats what makes Five Guys.My wife called your store and ask them if they changed the Fries? The employee said 3 months ago they changed there Fries. They were just awful and went into the Garbage. Please go back to the old Fries.

I could give a full 5 if i didnt have to throw an entire bag of fries out. The taste and consistency weren't on the usual par of what I've had at most other locations. The burger was great though. Would've just ordered a second burger instead of large fries.

It has been a few months since I had five guys. My burger was very good, but the fries were a huge disappointment. When I called, they said they changed them a few months ago. Their fries are the same as what I would get at Wendy's, which is not great and for the price they charge, I expect better! That will be the last time I order fries unless they return back to the way they used to be.

Went during their "afterparty BOGO" It was great! Even though they were busy, an employee welcomed me when I came in. Hardly had time to wait at the counter, and when I gave my name, another employee, preparing the bags heard me and got my food right to me. Quick service, kind & attentive employees, delicious food!! No slacking on service or quality, even during the dinner rush. Thank you Five Guys!! Great job!!

What an awesome location! I've been to many Five Guys across the country this was one of the best for sure! The staff was very friendly everyone in the back was smiling and happy and working well together the vibe in this place was amazing. The food was exactly what we expected Five Guys is usually pretty good at continuing their excellence and consistency this location definitely has a dialed in. unfortunately for me I ordered two large fries which was way too much and I got way too bloated eating all of them they're so addicting!! #bestfriesintheindustry I love them!!! please keep up the good work we will definitely be back and I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area...
