If there's not an item and you're not processing an order, if the costumer wants a receipt give them the receipt without questioning! I don't care if you're the manager and you know what you're talking about, like he stated 🙄 It's our money and we want to make shure we have proof to fight for it up higher if needed. Wendy's has many MANY times in the past "not processed" an order for lack of items, in this case it was a chili and fries, and we've still been charged and had have to do a couple calls to costumer service to finally get our money back on our card! 07/31/2025 around 10:35pm
