  I ordered some food last night and received REALLY bad food poisoning from a horrible chicken sandwich/meal. This resulted in intense diarrhea, vomiting, and fever like chills that very same night! The very next morning (today) I had barely enough energy, but still arrived in person to report my horrible experience, and was even MORE disappointed when the “manager” wasn’t able to “deal with my situation”, and could only recommend that I call later that afternoon once ger supervisor was working, who never answered the phone after several persistent phone calls. I am still VERY sick, and not fully recovered. Do NOT recommend eating here unless you are trying to risk your health by eating uncooked food!

  Ordered food for my son and myself and first they had me repeat the order a few times with long waits between each item i ordered. Then i got up to the window and had to wait a while for my drinks. Then they swiped my card and handed it back, then spent forever in there talking crap about someone who was mad at all of them. Then the girl came back and said it didnt go through. Weird, but i handed my card back. Then i see the alert on my phone. I was charged $38.16. For chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich. So i was calling back to tell them hey i was charged too much, then the girl came back and said she saw what happened and they would fix it. Then i had to wait around forever until they charged me the $21.50. Apparently they fixed the first charge, but i wont know until my bank clears it. Which with the weekend and then holiday is going to be awhile. So I'm down $60 for some chicken tenders and some still frozen fries while someone before me got free food

  I get the cold cream coffee a lot at other locations. Today's coffee was curdled and disgusting. The manager tried to convince me that's how they always look. Also tried to talk to the other employee, who had their headphones in, who looked right at me talking, and just turned around and got back to work, no words. This location and the springwood rd location are consistently awful. Keep leading the way in quality and service, red lion!

  It's Wendy's! And if you get anything but the $5 biggie bag, you suck!... The $5 biggie bag with the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger is the best meal they have ever had, period! One time I won the lottery and I was able to buy 2 of them! I hope to be able to afford two $5 biggie bags at once, again sometime soon! I never ate so healthy in my life!

  I watched the burger maker stop working to take a call on his cell phone, with gloves on. During this time all food stopped being prepared for several minutes. He then put his dirty cell phone down and continued to make food while wearing the same dirty gloves. My food was then incorrectly prepared and owner/operator refused to do anything about it. Gross dirty restaurant.
