Once placed an order at 11pm for delivery and did not finishing preparing my food until past 1:30am. This has happened almost every time I have delivered (more than four) from this location. Would go somewhere else/ pick a different location.

One forgot to give me a cup for my drink. After I was given my cup, I walked over to the drink dispensers. I was appalled when I saw multiple rotten strawberries, trash, and cup lids in the dispenser! I was not happy when I left.
