The old lady manager with the reddish-brownish hair that works the window is incredibly rude and unhelpful. They sent me a delivery order AFTER closing and i show up 5 minutes after and she simply could’ve said that she can’t help because they’re closed (even tho the food was right there and they’re the ones that allowed an order to be sent thru late) but instead proceeds to berate me about how they’re closed as if I personally ordered this food (that treatment still would be inappropriate.) I have never received such terrible treatment while delivery driving. A simple “no” would’ve done the trick. No need to be rude and attacking. This location also takes insanely long to get food out and help customers and drivers.
