I placed an online order today. When I got to the store, it wasn’t ready, the reason being that there was only one female employee that was waiting on walk- in customers and trying to get the online orders too. She did her best to get all the orders completed. She was very good at her job!

I don’t expect much going into a subway but this was by far The worst treatment I have received at a subpar food establishment. Which is a low bar I must say…I have never experienced such horrible and rude service from an OWNER! I would think twice about going here and go a little farther to the next subway that’s a mile away!

Give the man who was working by himself 2/2/2023 at 11:30 AM a raise. I didn’t catch his name but he provided a great service and is a great worker. I do admit I was a little passive aggressive when I was in a time crunch and I saw my order was late and had to wait 10 minutes during my 30 minute lunch break. I feel bad and I apologize to him. However what is not acceptable is that a corporation as large as subway is obviously not paying its workers enough money. Take care of you workers. Do better, this location is understaffed almost every-time I come here and I have to hear an explanation from the workers every-time. Shut down the location if you can’t get staff to work there.

Slow service even with the lunch rush. Didn’t have the fountain machine working, should’ve stayed closed
