  went in and got three subs. when eating in the restaurant, I noticed a hair in one of the subs. we went back to ask for a refund and were told they werent allowed to issue one. staff had attitude.

  This store needs to be staffed with ADULTS. I am all about kids having a job, but absolutely no restaurant should be ran by a bunch of kids, with NO adult supervision, for them to treat the customers how my family was treated tonight. I will be filing an offical complaint and making sure action is taken. Paying patrons should NOT be treated like we were!!!!!

  We asked for no peppers and the workers stood there and laughed at us for no reason after giving each other dirty looks. Then, after they messed up the bread we asked for, they made comments and made it seem like it was an inconvenience to fix THEIR mistake.

  I don’t know the name of the lady who I deal with every time I order a sub from here but she makes my sub great each time & her customer service is excellent!

  There is a chunkier dark haired girl in here my wife ask what the special of the day was this girl had a problem from the start being straight pissy huffing and puffing so my wife said screw it let's leave so we walked out and my wife said get a job if you don't like customer service and she followed us out cussing at us and swearing us out then came back out recording and bitching at us again this lady needs needs to be fired it doesn't matter how much a customer pisses you off you don't follow then out cussing them out I will get her name and update
