Came in with my girlfriend on a Friday just before 7pm, and it wasn't busy at all *should of been my first red flag* was seated promptly and even got my drinks within 5 minutes. Unfortunately, this was the only good part of my visit. From there on out everything had gotten worse by the minute like it was a joke. It took 25 minutes to get our appetizers at first I thought maybe they are understaffed and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then we ordered a simple burger and a 12oz ribeye both specifically medium rare and some more drinks and this is where it all started to go downhill. It took a whole 45 minutes for our dinner to come out and during that 45 minutes it took about 25 of that for 2 of the 3 drinks we ordered to come out from the bar which were already made within 10 minutes simply sitting at the service side of the bar waiting to be grabbed by our waitress who passed by us about 5 or 6 times and didnt think to grab our drinks while having completely free hands. We finally get our food and both of our dinners were cooked well done! I thought "oh well maybe my dinner took too long to cook and the girlfriends burger must of internally cooked the rest of the way while mine was being prepared" so being the unpicky eater I am I ate this poor excuse for a steak while I waited 10 minutes for the waitress to come by so I could ask her to have the kitchen remake the girlfiends burger to go as it was well done and had a lot of char on it. Fast forward to when the girlfriends second burger was made after another 20 minutes of waiting and this one was cooked well done again! At this point I was a little frustrated and asked to speak with the manager and I told him point blank. I dont want to be the "Karen" here i was fine when things took a little while as im sure the waitress had plenty of tables to contend with, the kitchen may be understaffed, and i was even fine when my food came out over cooked and my drinks had a little too much alcohol. But im drawing the line at asking for a remake of a BURGER to-go specifically medium rare and it comes back looking just as bad as the first one. This sad excuse for a manger proceeds to tell me "oh slightly pink just like you asked for" and then tells me that the kitchen staff are trained to only cook meat to medium well to well done for food safety and will only cook red meat rare or medium rare if specifically asked, which we did ask for! I will give him props for standing up for his kitchen staff and not throwing them under the bus though completely dismissing any other remarks made and gaslighting me into feeling like a crazy "Karen" is where I had enough and just wanted to leave after being there from 6:50pm to 9pm. He comped the burger and let us take it home. I got home took a bite of said burger to see if I could maybe salvage this bad experience for my dogs happiness and immediately had to spit it out as it tasted outrageously awful to the point where I wouldn't even give this to my dog! I just spent about $75 bucks for a subpar meal that I waited forever for from this human cesspool of an establishment and the burger I essentially got for free is so grotesque i couldn't even feed it to my dog in good conscious. After all of this I check my statement the next morning and it says I was charged for $81 dollars which is more than my receipt states. I tipped the waitress $10 in cash just over 13% gratuity only because of subpar service on her end and i didnt have another $5 on me so its definitely not a tip as the extra charge and if it was or wasnt then why was it not outlined on my receipt? Only reason im not going to dispute the extra charge it with the bank or restaurant is purely because im holding out hope that its just extra gratuity and honestly its more work than what $6 bucks is worth to me. If i could give this place negative stars I would! I tried so hard to not make this post straight hate in writing but this experience has made that nearly impossible. TLDR; the experience was belligerently awful and the food was subpar, go at your own risk.

Service was far below local standards which aren’t the highest. Food was good. I forgot they season their sweet potato fries with barbecue rub. Yuck. Bathrooms are cluttered and don’t signal cleanliness.
