  They don't tell you it's door dash until after you order and then change the arrival time. Glad I decided to do cash tip too bc I heard they steal a majority of those. Plus my time changed to 10 minutes later with them blaming door dash but idk if that's the real reason or not.

  So, we ordered a delivery order for the family and apparently theyre pushing their deliveries on doordash, nobody ever called like a proper delivery should have, didnt ring a doorbell, instead left our food on the trash can in the rain!! granted the doordasher used some other trash to put the box onto. great. then tried to shake my garlic dipping sauce and the cup was partially opened allowing it to spill everywhere, why was it partially peeled up already not something to think i should have to check for... granted the crew at papa johns did try to fix the situation, thank you but just the fact that it even was allowed to happen. Doordash shouldnt be handling things, people do not care like someone on the actual payroll might, i know from experience.

  Giving one star is being too nice for this place! If I could give -100000000 stars I would. I went here tonight after work to get food for my family. Get home and the stuffed crust is undercooked and doughy. I call the store to talk to a manager and this rude “manager” Alyssa gets on the phone being snarky and rude. I asked for a manger she said she was a manager. I asked for her name so I knew who I had spoke to about this situation. She told me she isn’t giving me her name. What was the problem. I told her the food was undercooked. She asked the name on the order I told her the name. She looks it up tells me I am being rude to her when I only asked her name so I knew who I spoke to. Tells me I am Coming at her wrong. She told me “she ran it through twice but ok” I could have went to another pizza shop and got food that was cooked all the way and not had to deal with this. You best believe I won’t be coming back here and I will see that something is done about how she handled the situation. I can say if we get sick due to this it’s going to be a HUGE issue! I don’t know how this so called “manager” got her manger position but she needs to be replaced with someone else because she CLEARLY can’t get the job done correctly or handle situations like a manager should! DO BETTER WHITE STREET PAPA JOHNS GET RID OF THIS POFS MANAGER YOU HAVE BEFORE YOU LOSE MORE CUSTOMERS!

  They have a team of hustlers in the York locations. And we always enjoy the pizza. Thank you guys for your hard work.

  Forgot my cookie in my order and when I called in they said, "do you want me to get rid of it." Which then forces me to drive out there and not enjoy the pizza that arrived, **edit when I got home my pizza was cold so yeah never coming back Never getting an order here ever again
