I waited over 30 minutes for my order, only to get an email saying some items were out of stock and my order was canceled. Later I found out it wasn’t even canceled, which made the whole situation even more frustrating and confusing. When I went to talk to the store manager, I expected at least some respect or help — instead, she treated me rudely and unprofessionally. My family had already left the store after waiting so long, and I just wanted to understand what happened. The way she spoke to me honestly hurt — I held myself back from responding, but no customer should ever be treated like that, especially by someone who’s supposed to set the example for their team. I never thought I’d experience something like this at Panera Bread. Terrible service, poor communication, and zero respect for customers.
