They have started cooking all the food ahead of anyone ordering it, so instead of fresh and Krispy, you get warm and bready. The chicken nuggets they sell here aren't the Krispy Krunchy style ones either, instead opting for some knock-off (but not good) McDonalds shaped things. The owner told me they only sell those because they're halal. This is the best chicken when it's fresh and made to the brand standard, which this location doesn't seem to offer any longer... The restaurant is clean and the gas station is really well stocked and fairly priced. I would love it if this location went back to being Krispy and Krunchy though.
