Extremely disappointed in the portions . Had to take meat from half and add to other half for right mix of meat to bread. Can not recommend

Paid $40 for 2 subs, got home and found out they did not make the ones I ordered. I hate turkey and guess what they were. I was unable to go all the way back to return them, so I was just blessed to give them $40 for food I would not eat. First visit ever to Jimmy John's. Guy taking order did not speak english very well and I guess bad communication was the problem(?). Mistakes happen but the lack of concern from the business is disturbing; they did not even care enough to respond to my complaint. Won't be returning. Definitely not recommended.

Stood around for 10 minutes without anyone attending to us. Looked like managers were inside installing TVs instead of helping out their staff with food during lunch rush. Overall I think Jimmy Johns quality has fallen off a cliff.
