And still gave me that price pretty cool. I'm a faithful giant shopper and loved the grocery store. Maybe y'all can get a Chinese restaurant just like the East York story or soon other than that good work? And I won't say her name, but thank you to the employee who helped fix 2 items that night. That was mistakenly marked at different price.Y'all were awesome.Have a great day

- COChristian OliveiraFeb 10, 20261.0Yesterday I ordered groceries delivered through Giant Direct that never got delivered. I got the notification that the order was picked up and on its way. Then, the delivery window passed and the food never came. I checked the app, and my order status had changed to "order received" with no delivery tracking info. Turns out, the third-party delivery service the store contracts took my food and then cancelled the delivery on their end. The store never bothered to call me. Didn't refill my order. I had to reach out to them to figure out where the delivery was. When I did call, the first clerk told me I needed to reach out to the driver, even though I kept explaining I placed the order through Giant's website and I had no contact with the delivery service, and then I was passed off to a manager Paul who hung up on me when I asked for confirmation of a refund and requested the order be refilled.
- AFAlan FosterJan 24, 20263.0Been living in York for 2 years. Giant personnel are friendly. Their meat prices are the highest around. Their close proximity to me coupled with the fact that they do have some things you can't get at other stores. They have the Inspirations cold-pressed tangerine juice. They typically don't run out of bottled water and their Deli has Boarshead no salted added roast beef (best tasting) and turkey. Their store brand cereals that knock off Life cereal and Raisins Brand Crunch are great tasting not just half the price of the trademark brands. They stock King Arthur's Buttermilk pancake mix which is lowest sodium and makes the fluffiest pancakes. So there is some value there.
