I assured him it was not my order he insisted it was. That was what we both understood but when I spoke what I ordered he did not understand. I will not use companies that hire non english speaking people that have to do customer service. Unbelievable.

My daughter disliked the donuts do to being hard it was 6:50am in the morning they should have been fresh. She has never complained about getting a donut from Dunkin'. My mom and split a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and hashbrowns. The hasbrowns were cold and hard could not even eat them. The bagel egg was cold and couldn't even be cut in half due to being hard. I will NEVER visit this Dunkin' again.

Initially I heard what I thought was a faint "I'll be with you" but two minutes, then 4 and then 6, we drove off. It's a shame based on the other reviews that a relatively new store has so many issues. I will just stick with the Red Lion store from now on.

The final straw for me was when I ordered the maple bacon breakfast sandwich. It was absolutely the worst breakfast sandwich I've ever had in my life. It was cold & it had an odd flavor to it. The bagel tasted like unseasoned poultry. I have no idea why that would be but it was gross. There was hardly any bacon or maple syrup on it. I've had this same sandwich at other Dunkin locations & it was delicious. With several other Dunkin locations in the area, there is no need to patronize this location. In fact, I'd drive out of my way to avoid this particular location. This location needs to do better.
