I get everyone has a bad day sometimes. The second time I was there, the same manager with glasses ignored me at the counter so I ordered off the kiosk. I waited 10 minutes for a black coffee with sugar and cream and by the time they recognized I was still standing around the order was wrong And then she frantically tried to blame it on her coworkers. What is the purpose of ordering on the kiosk to follow the order. Just the black coffee with cream and sugar. So, I just left.

I ordered 2 strawberry donuts for my son and they were hard as bricks. I did see you all have a mandatory meeting soon so perhaps time management can be discussed.
