  This Chipotle makes the best food of the local locations, but their pick up times are the absolute worst. Just always assume your pick up will be ready 15-20 minutes later than they say. Updating to add - I ordered a quesadilla at 6:34. The app said it would be ready at 6:50. At 7:16 the person preparing the food told me they were OUT OF CHEESE. I had been sitting in the restaurant for 25 minutes at that point. And even better - she couldn’t cancel the order or even offer me a gift card in exchange for the insanity. I had to call Chipotle to get the order cancelled.

  The guy slinging the food in the first half of the line contaminated my bowl with spicy peppery and tomato-y food. I have adverse reactions to those foods and always order the blandest veggie bowl possible. He was rushing so much even though the pay line at the register was 6 people deep! He was trying to sling ingredients before I’d chosen them. So when I went to eat I got all the spice and ingredients that I need to avoid all hidden in the bottom. Luckily I could eat from the other half of the dish to avoid. The next few hours will not be fun for me. If you have food sensitivities I would avoid this location at peak times! I didn’t complain in person because I already had his unpleasant attitude when I halted him from randomly slinging ingredients when I didn’t answer his slings with affirmation.

  When I went I had to wait 10 mins after my original wait time. Which wasn’t a big deal but when I got back to where I was going which was down the road the rice was hard, the steak was over cooked, and when I reached out I got no response back.

  I came into the East York, PA Chipotle around 9pm on a Sunday, and I was genuinely blown away by the experience. Every single staff member was incredibly polite, helpful, and hardworking — even that close to closing time. You could tell they really cared about providing great service and keeping everything fresh and clean. The energy and teamwork were awesome to see. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience. Huge shoutout to the whole crew — you all deserve recognition for going above and beyond!

  This location specifically I am not impressed. My pickup order was not available when I arrived. They claimed someone else must have taken it. Did not offer solutions. Did not offer to remake it. Approached the situation with a “not my fault not my problem” mentality. If you have issues with people taking orders, maybe try what other stores do and require they show you the order on the phone or provide the name for pickup instead of leaving it on an unattended shelf right next to the door.
