This is a take 2 to my experience at this DD. My original post I must have accidentally deleted it. Basically I was ripped off by an employee who tried to tell me my gift card was at zero. I knew it wasn’t so the manager got involved and told me to come back tomorrow when the owner was working. Obviously he was protecting his employee. I received compensation the next morning without an apology (or a token of regret IE a free coffee). I see from other comments this place doesn’t respect nor appreciate their costumers. I live 3 minutes away. Ain’t going back.

I've stopped here a few times and every single time was an awful experience. The first time, I was standing at the cash register and they were all looking at me and just ignored me. I stood there for about 5 minutes. Then the last time I went, they basically threw my donut out the drive thru window. If you don't like your job, get a new one. Because at this point, you're running your business into the ground. 🤷‍♀️

Bad customer service from the young male employee with glasses  was rude and spoke in a very unprofessional tone instead of listening or trying to help he brushed me off and acted like my question was an inconvenience. Customer service is about how you treat people especially during simple interactions. This experience was disappointing and unnecessary. Definitely needs improvement.

I come to this Dunkin every morning and order sourdough toast. I’m always charged $1.74 for one slice or $2.99 for two slices. Today at the drive-thru, a female employee (sounded new) tried to charge me $2.99 for one slice twice. I politely explained that $2.99 is the price for two slices, since I purchase this daily. Then a male employee got on the mic and rudely insisted that it’s “$2.99 a slice.” I explained again that I buy this every day and something must have been entered incorrectly in the POS system. Instead of checking, he dismissively said, “I can see right here it says 1 sourdough $2.99,” and then told me he don’t know what to tell me. That’s not how you speak to regular customers. If there was confusion, it could have been handled professionally instead of dismissively. Something this small shouldn’t turn into an issue but it becomes one when employees don’t know their pricing and speak to customers in a rude, dismissive way. This isn’t about a couple dollars. It’s about customer service and basic professionalism. I ended up leaving and going to another Dunkin, where I ordered one slice without any issue.I’ve attached a photo from that location clearly showing the correct pricing.

Went through the drive thru and got two coffees, breakfast and donuts. Coffees tasted off so I went inside to get a replacement. The manager argued with me until he finally agreed to replace one. I got the new drink, went to leave and my foot caught on a raised rug, sending me headfirst into the front door. I landed on both my knees, jarring my shoulder and covering myself head to toe in my new coffee. At no time did anyone from this location ask if I was ok or if I needed help. A customer in his car and my sister helped me off the ground and I went inside to clean the coffee off my face and hair. Once I was less of a mess I went up to the counter to talk to a manager and he was unwilling to even meet my eyes or talk to me. I asked for a replacement coffee at the bare minimum and he hurriedly gestured to a worker to replace it. They acted like I was an inconvenience, not that I had just been injured and covered in coffee- iced luckily. I am giving this review from the orthopedic urgent care office. I have reached out through the Dunkin contact us email but I will also be calling corporate once they open tomorrow.
