  The service is non existentant. Im not sure what change was made because I used to go to the location a lot. I order my phone and go to pick it up and I dont see my name on the shelf. I ask the guy handling online order and I give him my name. He says he doesn't see it, so I spell my name for him and he still cant find it and then just say "I dont know" when he goes to put another order up. I tell him "Why are you just saying idk i dont know? Cant you get a manger involved." He ig ores me and the manager is right there to just ask me my name. I show him, but go to look at the bag he just put up which is mine. I let the manager know how disrespectful and rude that experience was and you shouldn't just be telling your customers "I dont know" when they have paid for food. He says he will tell him GM, which im sure he isn't. Terrible service and manager running.

  “I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews, but this Chipotle at Queensgate in York absolutely earned it. This was hands-down one of the most well-run locations I’ve ever experienced. The team working today was incredibly polite, fast, and in sync—like a perfectly choreographed system. The line moved quickly without feeling rushed, and every interaction was friendly and genuine. And the food? Spot on. Everything was fresh, perfectly portioned, and made with care—honestly one of the best Chipotle meals I’ve had. If you’re anywhere nearby, it’s worth going out of your way to visit this location. This is what great service should look like.”

  Shortly after eating a burrito bowl from this Chipotle location, my stomach started grumbling and I began feeling nauseous. It’s now been four days and I’m still dealing with nausea, weakness, and fatigue. I’m not sure exactly what caused it, but the timing was concerning and the experience has been very unpleasant.

  Chipotle is my favorite restaurant but this location is terrible. Never place a mobile order cause I can guarantee that 1 you won’t get even a fraction of your moneys worth in food 2 they always forget to put things in the bag. As far as ordering at the bar the workers are rude and miserable and get annoyed if you ask for more even though you are the one paying for the food. Overall this location is terrible i seriously hope they do a revamp

  Would have been better if there would have been more than just one person making orders. There were many people that walked out because of wait times
