  Absolutely wild. Sat for 40 minutes only to find out they have no bowls and a 2 hour wait on online orders.

  This store routinely misses items on orders. Most recently they didn't put guacamole on my bowels which I paid extra for. Of the 4 bowels I ordered, only.2 received cheese. I think the issue is they are always running out of items and instead of waiting for more of the items, they just send the stuff out with items missing. That, or they have a severe staff issue, where they can not read orders. I'm done ordering from this location. Management doesn't care, just look at all the reviews saying the same thing and Management responds to contact them. Instead of people contacting them, why don't they just fix the issues!!!!!!!

  These employees act like this is the last place they want to be every single time. Out of something? They’ll point to the empty tray and look at you. I expecting guac in your veggie bowl? They won’t remember. Don’t have enough veggies for your veggie bowl? They’ll pretend it’s fine. I don’t mind waiting, but tell me what’s up. These people act miserable.

  My families first and last time going to this Chipotle. The guy with the dreads is horribly rude. It’s our turn in line and his opening line was something along the lines of, “what are you getting?” I could understand forgetting your manners if it was busy- there was 1 customer behind us. Empty store. The other two employees were super kind though.

  This is the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever visited. I’m saying this as someone who has come here multiple times hoping the experience would improve, but unfortunately it hasn’t. If you go between 4–6 PM, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes. There is always a line all the way to the door — not because the place is popular or efficient, but because they consistently have only one employee handling the station. The same person who prepares your food is also responsible for taking payments. This creates unnecessary delays. Management should consider hiring more staff instead of trying to run the entire line with one person. Second, the portion sizes are consistently disappointing. When you order, they act as if the ingredients are coming out of their own pocket. The amount of food they give is far below what you would normally expect from Chipotle. Finally, during my most recent visit, they didn’t even have basic items like pico or queso available. Because of that, I had to leave and drive to another Chipotle location 12 minutes away just to get what I originally wanted. Overall, the service, portions, and availability of ingredients at this location need serious improvement.
