  I’m really disappointed with my experience at Chipotle—again. This has been happening since day one. The chips are always stale, and when I order a steak bowl, they barely give any meat. The little bit you do get tastes undercooked and is mostly fat and tough pieces. It’s just not worth the money anymore. I will not be going back.

  This place went from the best chipotle to the worst in at least the eastern side of Pa. The price you pay to get more bowl and lid then food is robbery and the food is disgusting now. This last visit they didn’t even give me a thin layer of rice to cover up the color of the bottom of the bowl. The men’s bathroom went without hand soap for over a week and half. Then you have this new manager she is the worst she talks to her crew so disrespectful well the non Hispanic’s and non managers I should say. Then she treats the door dash/ Uber Eats delivery drivers like their gum under the bottom of her shoe. I use to love going here but I’m done so is the rest of my family and my business colleagues will no longer choose to support chipotle.

  Just dirty from the inside out and the rude management with the eye rolling and grunts. Since when did they start charging for sour cream or the salsa on the side again? What ever happened to caring about the customers welp not at this location. The quality of the food went down hill dramatically over the last few months so did everything else no thank you.

  I had placed an order through DoorDash for one bowl with chips and queso. It was delivered and I am extremely disappointed with the portion size, the bowl specifically. The bowl was about half full and that’s even being generous. Considering the bowl included steak, cheese, queso blanco, romaine lettuce, black beans and brown rice for a whopping $18.25, you’d almost expect it to be practically bursting at the seams.. The fact that $35.94 was spent on a literal half assed order is quite absurd. This is not the first time it’s happened. I tried calling the store directly and of course, could only talk to an ai generated machine who wanted to take my order again.. there was absolutely no way to talk to a REAL PERSON. RIDICULOUS
