- KPKayla Powell1 day ago1.0Come here and order the same thing every day or every other day. Sometimes I have issues with what I ordered and it’s fine things get messed up. You know they always fix it without a problem yesterday when I came Miss Madi Madeleine whatever her name is Must not liked her job too much that day. Not only was my order wrong, which wasn’t the issue so she took it back from me walked away while the door is open at the drive-through and said to someone that was at the cash register oh my God and started complaining about my order, shaking her head being real unprofessional. If this is, the kind of service issues are now provided I’m sure you lose a few loyal customers. She sure isn’t someone that I’d like to have on mine payroll. I think someone needs a teacher to have their proper customer service skills if she’s gonna be working in a restaurant chain, especially when it’s a drive-through or anything to do with people’s food that they’re paying for As I showed the other worker my digital receipts of how often I come and get the same orders when someone’s coming and spending 30 $40 a day yeah I want my food the way that I ordered it and Miss Madi got a problem about it.

There were service people cleaning every table as soon as the patrons left and kept trash areas clean..almost hospital clean.. this is a place you go for a quick bite and not designed for lounging but good food and clean and a bit loud and busy
