  Went thru the drive thru at 8 pm .. There was no one in line and not one car in the parking lot and yet our gyro was dry and cold (no sauce), fries we ordered were missing and my fish sandwich was cold and hard. Terrible food. Terrible service.

  Went thru the drive thru placed my order, double roast beef sandwich meal, classic beef and cheddar meal, 2 extra medium fries which were both supposed to be crinkle cut one was a curly, normally not a big deal but for this experience it matters. I also ordered desert for me, my fiancé, my daughter and my fiancés nieces, it was a total of 4 orders of the peach cobbler rolls. The employee on the speaker told me my total and then proceeded to laugh at the order before his headset disconnected from the speaker. Then my experience at the window was cold like they knew i heard them laughing. Im not normally one to leave a review but an experience like this is more than deserving of this review. Its just insane that the employees thinks its ok to judge customers based on the order that comes over the speaker.... Arbys used to be somewhere i would send people for lunch who were waiting on my employees to finish working on their cars but no longer will they be a recommendation.
