Kim H. is there most of the time we visit & she always greets us with a smile! When I checked out the manager told me I couldn’t get the free cup because I didn’t check out online. Ordered a bagel sandwich with extra egg white and an everything bagel. Received an artisan cheese bagel. Went back to ask for the everything bagel and received it but with only one egg white. I want to say I paid $16-17 for my son and I to eat there…I never wound up buying a coffee. I was upset. You would think a cup of coffee for free is no big deal and in reality it’s not but when you advertise it and then tell vets it’s not available to them…it really can ruin a day. Please do better.

Most of the employees are very kind and helpful--especially Kim who has worked in the store for 25 years. I hope that she is being recognized for her loyalty and hard work.
